I have more than a decade of experience coaching instructors in both K-12 and higher ed. Most recently, I helped co-found Beacon Instructional Partners to provide faculty with research-based instructional support. I have also worked with the Sposato Graduate School of Education

I developed the first permanent teaching preparation course for the Harvard Government Department.

I have also designed and presented workshops on teaching history, diversity equity, and inclusion in the classroom, and effective assessment strategies.
