Student Research
Research is at the core of what political scientists do--it is how we systematically observe the world around us, draw inferences, and communicate our findings to others. Participating in research is an excellent way to learn more about a topic that is important to you, acquire tools for data collection and analysis, and refine your writing skills. I collaborate with students on my own research agenda and supervise students as they conduct independent research projects.
